Spew Detective is a game my friends and I invented after being incredibly bored of all the traditional drinking games. Spew Detective is as ridiculous as it is hilarious. It may even result with someone shooting a drink out of their nose. This game works with 4 players, but the more people the better (and harder) it will become. If you have under 4 players try playing The Alphabet Game.
Players: 4+
Gear
- alcohol
- something small to use as a marker (a coin, key or bottle cap works great)
Setup
Sit in a Circle.
Game Play
The objective of Spew Detective is for one player (the detective) to guess which player is hiding a sip of drink in their mouth.
One player is assigned to be the detective. The detective is blind folded (or asked to leave the room). The other players pass around a bottle cap, or a small object in a circle until the detective yells stop. The detective must count down from 10 slowly after yelling stop. During this time all players must take a drink, all players swallow the drink EXCEPT the player who is holding the bottle cap. This person must hide the drink in their mouth.
It is critical all other players pretend to have a drink in their mouth and try to trick the detective. Once the detective opens their eyes they must guess who is hiding the drink in their mouth. They can tell jokes and do funny things to try and expose the drink.
They must take a drink for each person they falsely accuse as having the drink.
The player who held the drink the last round is now the detective for the next round.
